How the Day Runs
You’re likely planning this from far away, so it matters that the whole day runs through one team on one property. The person who answers your inquiry works here, alongside the people who will set your ceremony on the sand and look after your guests when they arrive.
The reception comes out of our own kitchen. You plan the menu with us, and it’s cooked here, a few steps from your table on the sand. The bar is ours as well, stocked for the toast and staffed until the evening winds down.
Your guest list doesn’t have to stay overnight to be part of the day. Friends and family sleeping elsewhere in Mahahual, or coming in just for the date, join you on the same beach with day access. When you write, tell us your event type and a rough head count. Those two details let us reply with real answers instead of more questions.
