Yes. Day guests are capped at forty, and every reservation comes with its own cushioned lounger, set aside before you arrive with your name marked at the chair. We do not oversell the sand. If you reserved a spot, it is yours for the whole day.

The VIP Beach Break Day Pass includes unlimited food and drinks from the kitchen and bar, your reserved cushioned lounger, umbrellas, towels, access to the plunge pool, freshwater showers, Wi-Fi, and the round-trip taxi between the Costa Maya port and the club. One reservation takes care of the whole day, from the ride in to the ride back.

Shallow and calm. A buoy line marks off the protected swim area, and the water inside it stays gentle, suited to wading and relaxed swimming rather than deep open water. The plunge pool is a few steps away when you’d rather have fresh water.

Yes, from time to time. Mahahual is a village on a public beach, and local vendors walk the sand here the same way they do along the rest of the Malecon. Some may stop by your lounger. You’re welcome to browse, and a simple no thank you is enough if you’d rather relax.

Sargassum is seasonal on this coast. Some weeks the water is clear and other weeks seaweed comes ashore. Conditions vary through the year, so we won’t promise you a spotless shoreline. The most reliable answer is a current one: message us on WhatsApp before your visit and we’ll tell you how the beach looks that week.
