This policy explains what information Nacional Beach Club & Bungalows (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects through nacionalbeachclub.com and our reservation systems, and how we use and protect it. It applies to this website and to our guest communications.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly. This includes contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number; reservation data such as your dates, party size, and the selections tied to a bungalow stay or a VIP Beach Break Day Pass reservation; and form submissions, including event inquiries, employment inquiries, and messages sent through our contact form.

How we use it

We use this information to process and manage reservations, to communicate with you about a stay or a beach day, and to respond to your inquiries. That includes sending booking confirmations and practical pre-arrival information. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our booking and website systems, described below.

Analytics

We use website analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at them.

Booking and reservation systems

When you book a bungalow stay or reserve a VIP Beach Break Day Pass, your reservation details are processed through our online booking system, and that provider receives the information needed to confirm and manage your reservation.

Third-party links

Our website links to third-party platforms, including online travel agencies and social media sites. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. This policy covers only our own website and systems, so review a third party’s policy before sharing personal information there.

Data requests and contact

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct or delete it. Send any privacy question or request through our contact page. Please include enough detail for us to locate your reservation or message.

Cookies

This website uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores on your device. Some keep the site working properly; others support the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended without them.
